We recommend storing each shoe in a separate bag, away from light, heat, rain, and humidity. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, alcohol, or grease. To prevent color fading, do not store light-colored items near dark-colored items.

These materials offer excellent durability thanks to their reinforced structure, guaranteeing high resistance to abrasion, friction and tearing. Naturally resistant to moisture and liquids, they are a responsible alternative to traditional leather, while maintaining high technical qualities. As a preventive measure and to preserve their longevity, however, we recommend waterproofing your shoes from the first use. If necessary, you can also apply a polish to revive the material's shine. We recommend a natural polish, usually beeswax-based.

This innovative material, made from pineapple leaf fibers, is known for its lightness and durability. Naturally breathable, it performs well in everyday use but remains sensitive to prolonged exposure to moisture. This material naturally features a slightly crinkled appearance, which may become more pronounced with wear and bending. This is part of its normal evolution and should not be considered a defect. To preserve its appearance and durability, we recommend applying a waterproofing spray from the very first use and reapplying it regularly. In case of stains, gently clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth without excessive rubbing. Avoid harsh products and favor gentle care to maintain the texture and finish of the material.

Our recycled PET materials are naturally waterproof. They therefore do not require regular protection; however, we recommend applying it once a year by prevention and to preserve the product's longevity.

The recycled textiles we use, such as satin and velvet, are delicate materials: contact with sharp or rough objects may damage them. In case of exposure to liquids, stains may appear; it is therefore essential to protect your shoes from rain and any other source of moisture. Professional shoe cleaning services are also recommended for proper care.

Due to the delicacy of this material, the item should be handled with care. As with all metallic finishes, liquids containing alcohol should be avoided. We chose to color our heels to improve their durability. In case of a significant scratch, we can replace your heel.
Over time, the heel tip can also wear down. It is recommended to replace it before the inside of the heel becomes visible, in order to maintain the balance and stability of the shoe.
